Please review the following policies before booking any service. By purchasing or scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Covered
This booking policy applies to all services currently offered, including:
• Intuitive Guidance & Card Readings
• Natal Chart Readings
• The Cosmic Blueprint
• Transit Snapshots
Payment & Reservations
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment or secure your report.
Due to the preparation, personalization, and time reserved specifically for each client, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Life happens, and I am happy to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed a replacement appointment.
No-Shows & Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their session and are not eligible for a refund.
Natal Chart Readings & The Cosmic Blueprint
These services are conducted live via phone, video call, or another mutually agreed-upon method of communication.
Please ensure that your birth date, birth time, and birth location are entered accurately when booking. The quality and precision of your reading depend on the information provided.
Transit Snapshots
Transit Snapshots are personalized written PDF reports and do not include a live session.
Please note that the booking system may require you to select a date and time in order to complete your purchase.
No appointment will take place. The selected date serves only as a placeholder for processing your order.
After purchase, you will receive a client intake form requesting your birth information and a brief overview of your current circumstances. Work on your report will begin once your completed intake form has been received.
Transit Snapshots are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving the completed intake form. Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand.
Completed intake forms must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Failure to submit the required information within that timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service.
Intuitive Guidance & Card Readings
These sessions are conducted live via phone, video call, or another mutually agreed-upon method of communication.
Clients are encouraged to arrive with any questions, concerns, or areas of life they would like guidance around; however, no preparation is required.
